Excellent work and Great People‎

The quality of work was amazing and the price was fair - the owner actually commented that he makes a point to be fair to his customers. They were the lowest by FAR, which made me nervous at first, but the work was amazing. They were fast - i dropped my car off and within 20-30 minutes, my car was ready to go. I went to them after my car got broken into, and they cleaned up the glass from inside the car as well. I really dont think my car has ever been as clean on the inside as it was after they were done with it. They really take care of their customers and would highly highly recommend them.‎

Wow! I mean, WOW!‎

Just realized I was a bit excited and wrote a lot. Basically, they were the lowest price by FAR, and the customer service was PHENOMENAL! If you want the longer, more detailed version, read below: I destroyed the rear window on my 1984 van earlier this week (bike rack went through it when I bumped a jeep). Turns out, it is not a common window, so in quoting a few places I found Quality Auto Glass was more than $100 less than the other's I called... So going in, I didn't expect much in terms of service. However, I don't think anyone could possibly provide better service. Brad and his coworker (unfortunately I don't think I got his name) not only did a great job fixing the window, but they also went through great lengths trying to get all the glass out from the inside of my door (which is somehow shaped strategically to trap particles in it). Crazy good service‎

I told them the wrong model for my car over the phone, so when I showed up, obviously they had ordered the wrong quarter panel. It was Friday afternoon, and it looked like I was going to spend the weekend worrying about my missing window. Brad went waaay out of his way to make sure I got out of there with my window fixed, including offering to come in Saturday to fix it on his day off. No question my business goes back to these guys next time.‎

Unbelievably good service. They fixed the broken rear window on my car the same day it happened, correctly tinted it, and delivered it to my house free of charge all for my insurance deductible! Highly recommend...‎

Quality Auto Glass‎

My price was 69.99 for a combined chip and crack repair. Although there was a slight hitch in the operation, the owner, Mike, really went out of his way to make things right. I respect that he took responsibility and would encourage him to continue running his business in this fashion. Mike is a man who obviously cares a lot about his shop and it shows in his dedication to customer satisfaction.‎

These guys fixed the chip in our window in minutes, for less than we expected to pay. Friendly, helpful -- just that "neighborhood feeling" that I don't get much anymore. I refer friends here -- and went back myself to have an auto detail for a car we were wanting to sell. GREAT job with the detail as well. It sold to the first looker!‎

I was charged 69.99 for a combined chip and crack repair. Over the next couple days, one of the cracks grew two to three inches. I brought the car back in to have it fixed, they told me that cracks are unpredictable and can still branch ...‎
